I see absolutely no reason for the blue circle or the light drop shadow. I am assuming, only since you didn't provide a brief, that the brown shape is supposed to be a cacao bean. I think you need to work on a stylized cacao bean and forget all of the distractions.

I agree with coop, just the bean and the text is all you need.The unique shape will help it stand out.
