It was necessary to draw a logo (name) in which all letters had to maintain this style

As I looked at the thumbnail I tried to decide if it read AMIRA or AMIKA.
I think this might be a poor choice of font. If you are a typography agency, I don't think having an ambiguous font is a wise idea.

I can see how the R could be mistaken for a K but it wasn't the case for me. I read Amira straight away.

I really like this, this custom typography is pretty well crafted. It's elegant, legible and memorable.

Thank you very much for your opinion !!! I tried to draw these letters for a long time, being careful not to spoil the style. The logo itself consists of the names of my sons. I wanted to draw a non-standard font. Thank you for appreciating my work !!!

I didn't have a problem getting Amira from the log. If anything you could adjust the "R" some to distinguish it a little more but you're on the right path.
