Ditch. That. Diamond!!!
Unless you enlarge it and make it the entire focal point of your logo, doing away with everything else you have....and I DON'T recommend that! Your initials "monogram" is very nice, then there is a tiny, useless, afterthought of a diamond hanging off of it. It adds nothing and takes away a lot! With everything else being so elegant, let it go! Let it goooooo! (in my best Frozen voice lol)

Ooh and one more thing to consider- your monogram is slightly off balanced (mostly due to the swoosh on the left of the A) which is fine- but putting it inside a round shape, or circle, makes the off balance-ness more noticeable.

What you should keep: the monogram, the subtext font.

What you should get rid of: everything else!

You simplified this logo compared to the first versions but it's not enough. It's still too complicated and to be frank, that terrible unreadable main font and the faux golden tint make the whole brand look like your everyday cheap jewelry store out there.

And yes, that damn diamond has to go!

Agreed, this should be simplified a ton. The monogram is fine without jewelry clipart surrounding it. The font you used for "Jewelry" is a lot better than the over the top cursive font.
