If you left the biesel you can get a cool minimalist logo, try it, or no gradient
I'm really linking this logo. Great job.
Be careful with the sub text, though, it's barely readable. I would get rid of it all together.
Very nice logo indeed. It's a shame that the color version trumps the black and white version, or monochrome look, but that's the other side of the coin when you work with gradients and several colors. But when you do use them, it can look fantastic.
I agree on the subtext, and perhaps even make the "APAIS" a bit larger.

Well done. This logo works like its intended to. Buuuuttt! ...wait for it; your subtext like everyone so kindly pointed out, is barely readable. I would suggest just removing the subtext all together and just sticking with the name it would work wonders in production as well.
The logo also will be the version in three colors, one color and negative
