I think it looks interesting, but it's too complex. Simplify both the symbol and the typo. Don't have those interlooping letters. It's not relevant.

Too much stuff going on there. Simple is better.

I wont repeat everything the others have said other than simplicity always win. The average person will only see the logo for a fraction of a second and even though yo do need to get the most information displayed, yo need to do this in the very simplest way.

I love the idea of the interlocked aqua air (the bussiness), aqua dark blue like water and down and air light blue like the sky and at the top. NO CHANGE THERE. Font is excellent

For the symbol stick to the same idea, same colors even, but simplify to two shapes, no lines. The simplest boat you can draw on dark blue and the simplest light blue plane you can draw on top.

HAS REALLY GREAT POTENTIAL! LOVE IT!
