It looks really nice. I guess it means Amir Hossein Karimi in Arabic?

It look like a QR code, which you could maybe use to link to your e-mail address or website.

Yes it looks like a QR code. But I cannot read the Arabic words of (Amir, or Hossein nor Karim) sorry it is not readable.
