I'm very sorry to be harsh, but I find this attempt to be a bit amateur'ish. I would first drop the blue/black background and concentrate on the logo itself. If you're going to draw out the 'A' as a feature icon for the logo you need to give it a slightly different treatment then the rest of the logo or else you risk people reading it as "a arusta". Sorry, but it needs a lot more work.

Cara a idéia foi boa.
você pode trabalhar esse primeiro A como simbolo, uma coisa mais subjetiva
como por exemplo:

.....Não desiste continue tentando...

Your new one is much better, Add it to the "Version +" on the side so it will get critiqued there.

Why do people think they must have a symbol/graphic mark in every logo.
You don't, you can make a perfectly fine "arusta" typographical word mark.

Another question, do you always draw on neon blue gradient paper with white pen?
That background is completely out of place and irrelevant for the logo, or do you think your logo can and will only be used on neon blue gradient background?
Forget about this amateur nonsense. Make a simple black word mark on a white sheet like you would draw it by hand with a pencil on paper first.
Gradients and negative text won't save you from creating stupid unimaginative logos nor make people think you made something good.
Back to the drawing board now!
