This logo is for a programming project that I am working on in my free time. Mostly just for fun, but any feedback is appreciated.
*The application I'm working on is for managing employees and other business operations. This logo incorporates a "business man" into the A part of the logo.

You don't need to gimmick up a good logo. The business man just causes distraction. I looked at the first logo without the business man and it looked a bit better. I am just not fond of the type and the line all the way across. I think it makes it a bit unreadable. This whole thing looks like you sat down at Illustrator and just started manipulating fonts. So many on this board suggest starting with a pencil and paper to generate ideas. I think you need to take a few steps back.
