I'm gonna go out on a limb here and just say an overwhelming (for me, anyway) "No." - I mean, you did a nice enough job making a star out of letters, but I'm not sure it's working as a logo. It's so cluttered, impossible to read (or maybe you weren't going for that), but it's just ... it just looks really messy. On the plus side, I don't mind the font you chose, but the whole deal is just really cluttered. I'd try to simplify your idea, maybe take out some of the smaller, really crooked letters- they look tossed in and not well planned.
I really like the idea, but there are too much situations between letters, they doesn't work. I'm not sure, that the name of the company has to be a part of the star. maybe it works as a clear type-brand in combination with a star, made out of 5 A's.
