The wave farthest to the left is too close to the center wave.
The size of all 3 should be reduced dramatically.
I'd also fade the color out more. The closest wave to 'audiocar' should be the boldest - fading out to lightest with the big wave. (in my humble opinion)
I like the font.. it fits for the idea. Might do some creative editing/tweaking to it though.
Sorry but there's nothing I like in this logo. Globally, there's nothing that says "car". I really don't like this font, the A looks really weird and over complicated.
And the symbol, though it convey the idea of sound, is way too simplistic, badly composed and the colors are very dull.
It feels like you didn't take the time to pen a few ideas on paper before using Illustrator.
I would play with the font but also, you have the sound radiating away from the front implying a backwards movement. I think a symmetrical movement of audio would be more suiting for car audio, as you want to be enveloped in the sound.

The font is interesting, the waves i feel are to big and not really evenly spaced.
