Brief from client
This is a personal project, I suppose Australian ask to restyle their logo.
They want a new logo, fresh and modern
I worked on the kangaroo make it more simple and "fat" and then I worked on the logotype make it modern but maintaining the classic A.

Your version is a major step in the right direction. That font work is just great, although the kerning could be tweaked some.
The kangaroo symbol looks better but for me, it doesn't match the word mark in the sense that it's not drastically improved vis à vis the original. And to be honest, I would consider removing it altogether. A kangaroo to represent a brand called "Australian" is a bit too on the nose. Especially since it's an Italian sportswear ;)
But great job overall.
For my taste very nice modern logo with all idea. Go with that dont ask anymore! :D
