Like model No 1. Loose the gradient though

I do not like any of the other ones though.

Make that first window a little smaller in the model 1 as well

Pick #2.

Then remove the ellipse, the house, the pine trees, and say good bye to the yellow brick road. Paint "AVENIDA" red terracotta (very inviting), and the tagline black. Come back with the new design.

yo te aconsejo el modelo numero 3 en lugar de una ventana dividida en cuatro que sea una ventana o mas grande.

en general tienes la idea pero te falta pulirla.

Simplify all of them- lose any gradient/drop shadows ...then come back and present only your best design. Putting up a pageful of logos makes it irritating to critique.

yes for the above comment,.need to present one of your best where not in examination session that we choose whats the correct answer.but you do a good job for the concept,make it vector line loose the effect.
