Those little red triangles behind the "AZ" only bring noise.

The "AZ" is asymmetric, too short, and too cramped. Give them some freedom. Make them look like an "A" and a "Z"

Red triangles don't work at all.
Maybe keep only the one on 'A'. Another thing that is troubling me is uneven thickness in AZ, geometrically correct but not visually pleasing.
Maybe you should try luenibs suggestion to improve this.
