Seems you have other designs out there which I have not seen, so I'm going to comment based on just what I see here.
Again, I prefer not to vote than downvote.
I think the colors are great, I did a logo a while back with very similar colors and this combination is very cool, it works with the idea.
I can clearly see the quality of work and effort in the visual execution, +1 for that.
However, there a few issues I see.
I think the graphic misrepresents the name "Balancetime". The way I see it, the top pyramid has actually lost its balance and it's on its way down. I think that if you're going to represent balance more accurately. Think of a person riding a monocycle on a rope. That says more "balancetime" to me since I can actually see something accomplishing balance.
The typography is trying too hard to compete in the whole design.
The outline in Balancetime is inconsistent. As you can see, the verticals are a sum of the thickness of both outlines creating unbalanced outlines.
The Graphic Solutions part is screaming for attention with the yellow/orange and the border. Why not keep the san-serif type there too?
However, the composition is good: the mark is large and it has a decent base to stand on. Come to think about it, the composition does have balance :)
Colors are great. But I agree on the other comments regarding the symbol and type. The symbol is off balance, maybe if you don't want it so straight up and down, change the perspective on the symbol, but keep structure equal and balanced.
The headline is cramped, with this typeface it doesn't work- it makes varying line weights on the letters. And don't typically appreciate type that is outlined (like "graphic solutions") as this is generally harder to read.
Colors are great and the idea is heading in a good direction. Keep working
1. Unbalanced, unstable sign.
2. Very bad font, absolutely inappropriate black stroke. it would be better to leave the black letters on a white background.
3. Unnecessary stroke off the mark incomprehensible color.
4. Lower inscription does not fit the selected style logo.

much better. i think the kerning is kind of clamped for headline but other than that nice.

Good job so far, keep working on it.
Thanks for the invite BTW!
Very nice!!

The idea is great, the execution and typography... not so much. The symbol looks chaotic and honestly very much unlike a logo.
For me this has to be reworked.
As I said the idea is good.
Thanks for invitation.
Sorry, I personally find it very difficult to read graphic significance.
Perhaps another idea, another approach. Suucces.
I'm giving a thumbs down for everything, because somebody decided to invite me to critique a logo from four years ago.
no. bad website. bad.
