Remove those fumes and keep the wordmark. Now you have something that might work as a logo.
Ugggh- personal logos are rough..
There's no real structure or balance. Nothing that will stick in a viewers head to make it memorable. The type gets lost in the mess. Sorry.

your personal logo should reflect you more then any design you make...it's you designing yourself!!....keep the typography and remove every thing else and start over ...when you finish you will see the difference....

Wordmark could work on a clean white background. Like this... it's a mess
You have to make it more personal like someone said above, There is way to much going on. I don't like the font you chose either. A good word mark could work. Get rid of the smoke stuff
