That's a cool skull illustration. Hopefully it's original and not clipart.

Really not a fan of the alternating black/white scheme. It detracts from elements in a design, and in this case the skull illustration.

Also, your typography layout isn't working. "out" is by far visually different from "black", and the words "tattoo" and "studio" are too far apart for my liking.

Is it Ramon Tattoo or Black Out? You have posted logos for two different names. If you can't decide on the name, you shouldn't be working on a logo.

Nice symbol. I also like the font.

Your main problem remains in the composition. It's way too left heavy. Obviously, having each word on both side of the skull doesn't really work.

I simple symbol/word mark stack up would be really nice here.
