really really nice! the only thing i dont like is the really thin target lines going through the text. I think a target somehow incorporated into the logo is a good idea as straight away it suggests hunting but i think you need to find a better way of portraying it. really like the font choice.. which font is this?

Thank you for the feedback. You are right, i need a better way to portray the target line. I just had an idea - foot prints instead of thin lines. btw the font is Function-Display-Regular

I can see what your doing. Maybe use the target as the eye for the deer...or perhaps try it behind it...its good logo though.
