I feel like you need a different font to match better with your main text. Or possibly that the one you are using is just a bit too thin to hold up. There is a disconnect between the two.
Your main font, and colors, are nice and appropriate for the type of business.
Good start!
Right off the bat, that ampersand is so big it's the first thing I see. It commands too much in your visual hierarchy. I do like the color. I also agree with JOY about the subtext font.
In general, I think it looks pretty good but it's not quite there yet.
