My opinion: The font its ok, itsn't the best but is ok. The bird idea is ok too but i think the eye must be a little more up than that or you can try a more agressive bird with open wings looking to the front and center to the font and not to a side. About of the color maybe try a more dark colors, they are very loud and not pleasant. Sorry for my bad english.

I would change the font and the spacing between the letters. The bird fits over the G but it does not flow natural you have the letters bending right and the bird going facing the other direction.. also the tag line is to bold, and lower it a little.
