oooh. Bad Font. And its stretched. This is just not good looking. Try a cleaner font and don't stretch it. Lose the bad clipart and maybe look for something better. Some stock photo sites will let you use there vectors in your logo. Some don't (shutterstock). Look for one that does and find something a lot better.

you should design yoursel the icons, give them a twist and make them unique.. Also agree with never stretching the font, you can always tell when the designer does it

I would strongly advice to come up with your own vector shapes. If you always rely on third party elements, you'll never really progress.
