If I was to design a Logo for a Bodybuilding Gym it would look something like this!
I incorporated the Icon within the words. :)

Excellent idea, the symbol works, and the typography is clear, but please...Take out this ugly background!
The idea is good indeed, but the rest isn't.
The body builder silhouette is too literal and put the whole thing off balance, the fonts are super boring and don't really complement each other and as hedgz pointed out, that gradient in the background is awful!
