So, it looks like these gloves are stock/clip art. Even if they were purchased, you wouldn't be able to copyright the logo since it contains artwork that isn't original.
The recommendation would be to create gloves from scratch. Don't fall victim to the easy way out when it comes to really cool graphic elements that you "found."

Yeah, this imposed clip art is a massive bummer... The other problem is that it kinda stick like a sore thumb with the rest of the logo.
Try to keep the whole thing graphically consistent so the the clip art aspect doesn't show as much.
I'm also not a fan of the way the D look. I don't think you have to alter it. Same goes with the T. Did you try a warp effect? It would make things simpler.
