Hi! You're supposed to upload only one logo per post. If you have an alterntative version, you can either post it in the comment section or create a new post altogether. Which would be a the better solution since these two logos are totally different.

Some tips I think would help:
-The general idea isn't clear (does the orbitating dot mean anything?) If in fact it is moving, the shade could follow the dot to make that impression.
-Also, you have half a circle in the letter P and two halves in the B, maybe you could play with that.
-The dark blue circle behind could be cleared and you'll get the same effect.
-The kerning is too tight, the dot at the end of the tagline doesn't seem necessary. And the lenght could match the initials.
-The tipography election seems pretty random, maybe you could customize it a little to add some personality to it.
