Interesting but you're going to need a version with out drop shadow. Do you have one?

Way to much empty space in that circle.
The cursive font looks like a free font ie not really professional looking.
Globally, it looks more line a logo for a bank than anything else.
Would it work better without the circle?
I don't think the circle is the problem. It's just the interaction between it and the word mark that doesn't work.
Look out for existing similar logos and see how they work.
this is good nice and neat, but you need to take off all the effect like shadows bevel etc. this is good
I like the idea, but try this: keep the drop shadow inside the orange text, make it bolder, remove the gradient from the circle and make "ink" like "BR", same font and color. (optional, a black outline)
I think it lacks personality, the typography is too generic, one being serif and the other script, you need to at least modify a little part at the end or beginning of the words to make it look less than:oh I put a circle in the background and then type what i want in my 2 favorite typographys.
Definitively it needs more work, doesn´t need to be super complicated but at least it need to looks a little bit stylish
