We are a farm startup looking to grow hops in the New England area. Our clients will be mostly men between the ages of 25-45 who own craft breweries also in the New England area. Thank you.

This looks like a collage of found internet images! SIMPLIFY! Never use "photographic" images in a logo. The background is clip art I'm assuming? And the type is pretty boring. I'm guessing you only designed the shirt and tie out of this entire logo? And what is the bunny hiding behind his left cheek? This just doesn't work for me. It lacks the entire creative process necessary for a logo design. Sorry, but I suggest you go back to the drawing board.

Rule #1 of logo design: you don't use any third-party elements that you did not create yourself.
I need to know why that rabbit looks like an FBI agent.
If you're going for a "cool bunny" character logo, then make him yourself.
