It's ok, but does it need both streaks?
Also, why is the 'AND' in the highlight colour, seems an odd thing to emphasize.

i think both streaks are there because you spread butter - the streak going across.. and you sprinkle salt - the streak going down.. well at least thats how i interpret this logo :)

I like this... simple and clean. My only issue is that it looks like you've underlined the word "butt".
