I like the idea of the clock hands in the O. I think the hands could be simplified a bit, however. Maybe instead of using a stroke, use a fill.

Also, your subtext is making it look cluttered. You don't need "Time and Timelessness." If that's a slogan or tagline, it's not part of the logo anyway. That leaves "Watch co." If you're going to keep this, I'd make it bigger. It seems dwarfed in size, compared to the large "Johnson." I'd also consider more spacing between the letters overall. The clock hands feel like they're being cramped by the S and N.
