I don like the shield. Try let the symbol alone and find another way for the text

the shield is the chest shield used in Taekwondo matches, right?
You need to find a better way to make the text clearer and bigger.

I have no problem with the shield, or whatever it is called. But the text is too small and with this font, it's hard to read. I wouldn't have it all squeezed in this ribbon.
