Fun, middle school age specificity, outdoors, volcanoes, rainforest (lush environment) kids, natural enjoyment of seeing and learning new things in a new place
What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
Modern, block, bold- text and image (but we are open on this), easy to read, fun and exciting, adventurous, colorful
What colors do you want to see in your logo?
“rainforest” greens, browns, outdoors, colorfulness that is Central America. I think of green leafy rainforest accented with aqua, yellows, oranges, reds, etc. Maybe the colors of a toucan or violet sabrewing bird - etc. Or other species found in Central America - monkeys, red eyed tree frog, quetzal, or butterflies. Or red and yellows of hot lava. Or plant life. Central America has a variety of wildlife that hte logo can capture.
This logo concept was submitted to Online logo contest.
Since its an adventure company and the owner also mentioned he liked butterflies in description, I took butterfly to symbolize in my artwork.

I think it looks good. The only things I might do different are- Try another color instead of gray for the M and the wings (a darker color, it might get too fruity otherwise). Also maybe try to improve the flow off of the M to the wings.
It's perfect. I like it a lot.
Black and negative versions really look strong and good. Not so sure if color palette works. Keep colors on wings but unify color on letters to make it more legible at small sizes.
