Brief from client
This logo has good idea please work on it more because We feel the logo is aesthetically not good enough
This symbol is bordering way too much on a full on illustration. It's not simple enough for a logo, which it should be.
I've always thought that making some random logo in the hope it'd be bought by someone is a bit futile if you don't have a killer idea from the get go, which would make up for the lack of all the necessary constraints inherent to a creative brief.
A pirate candy is a bit random and the execution, by a lack of any preparatory sketching, is failing to deliver.
My advice would be to have a clear idea of what type of business you want your logo to fit in the best. Think real estate, online bank, child advocacy, etc... Starting from nowhere will only get you back to where you started: nowhere.
And again, as I've said probably a gazillion times on this site, sketch, sketch and sketch again. Not on a computer. Go full analogic; pen and paper only. And when you think you're done sketching: sketch again!

Be be honest, this doesn't look like a candy. I am assuming you are going for the double ended wrapper idea (like below) but it doesn't look right.
The character needs a lot of refinement, maybe start with sketching. It could be a lesser known kind of candy, for some originality.
The type is nice though.
