Carol Coppinger

Brief from client

Carol Coppinger is a Licensed 6 Star Master Instructor in the Parelli Natural Horse-Man-Ship program. She needed a logo that she can use on all of her promotional items such as t-shirts, hats, jackets and on her website.

I did several variations of this logo for her to use in different applications.

The logo shown is the 1 color version with her name only. I used a portrait of one of her late horses. He was actually the horse that helped get her start into this program.

Something is wrong with the fonts. In my opinion the name and the second name will look far better if they will be in a bigger size contrast. Right now they are fighting a little bit. "Carol" is a bit bigger, yet "Coppinger" is only a bit smaller with capital "C" of the same size as the name.

I see some potential with horse shoes as you did on the side of the horse. Maybe you can work out something out of two horseshoes? Have a blessed day.

I agree with Geracao, keep it simple, let's see some more versions.

I can play around with the fonts, but the graphic of the horse is all but set in stone. She provided me with a photo of a belt buckle that she has worn for years and liked the way the bridle/rope was looped around his nose. I also used a photo of the horse she used to get her start in this program, he has since had to be put down. It's kind of a good way to commemorate him.
See what you think of the new font...
