Hello,
I like the concept you creating for your client's design request. You've got great design elements to convey his services as a mechanic. However, I believe you should simplify your concept to an eye-catching presentation, mainly focusing on the balance of the logo. The car could be in the middle of the title and the rest of the information on the other side. Hope that helps!
