As much as I really want to like this logo, I'm afraid it isn't really working. Too many elements and details and the fonts are a bit boring and don't really complement each other. Moreover, you just duplicated certain elements and it really shows, especially the houses.
I do however really dig the graphic style you came up with here. Maybe if you kept one house and one tree it would work better. And you can always use the rest in throughout the different items of the branding scheme (stationary, web site, etc.)

Yeah I like the idea, but there is a bit too much going on in the logo IMO. It's a little 'on the nose'. Love the colours and the style of the design, it's just not executed as well as it could be.
