Ooooo...this is cute! I like the composition. The colors definitely say "sauce". You can do without the gradient. Typography needs kerning. I like this version better than the last.

I would get rid of the gradient and pull the upper squiggles up to make it the same as the side ones. Maybe raise the whole castle to give the text some room. Then you could finish off the "t" and dot the "i".
