When small the white gap between the text and the outline is ok to read but when a large sign is made with the logo the gap will make the text hard to read at distance. On a large sign make the gap wider or eliminate it completely and have the colors touch.

Nice try... But typo too outlined. Contrast orange/blue is OK, and it also reminds to chicken (orange) and blue (fish). I think it would look better with the 'chick'n fish' part in blue (without outlines) and 'familiar restaurant' part in orange... I guess
