Hey,
in my opinion this banner looks realy cheesy, the backround looks like a free vektor grafic, the green pictureframe combined with the red backround wont work. I would change the font into something more convivial and i would not mix up 2 fonts.
The briefing says that they deal with quality and i think u should point that out.
I agree with Maam Pope on the overall cheesiness of this banner, which is not really a logo.
The Santa clip art is the final nail in the coffin for me.
I have no real beef with the main font you picked, but that cheap drop shadow effect has to go. The subtext is way too long and unimaginative.
This is not appealing at all and barely informational. I would restart from scratch.
