I'm guessing this is the same font as the other just with "closing" in bold?? I am not a fan, but mostly it is that "N" !!! Its so awkward to me.(and its dead center!) I'd alter it, or choose a different font.

Agree with the above. That "N" is weird. What about the font Gotham?

I know you mentioned these are "challenging" clients. but does the house HAVE to have rounded edges?

The idea good, just wish you had some wiggle room.
