I think this one works best from all the versions that you have posted. I have given you thumbs up for everything but i think it still needs a little bit of work.
The ornament thing next to the house is throwing everything off centre, get rid of that. I would bolden the text CLOSING TIME a little bit just because everything looks kinda the same and a little flat - nothing is popping and i think the name needs to pop a bit more. Other than that i think this is pretty neat! good job
