Sorry but it still reads "losing time". As a rule of thumb, you're usually better off not messing with one character of a word, especially the first. You'll just derail the whole scheme of balance and proportions of the font and complicate the whole thing.

I like the simplicity of the symbol, but it still needs some fixin'. The two circles of the clock are not centered, so are the hands and the top of the roof. Use the align tool in Illustrator to fix that sort of things.

These two fonts work well together and you definitely have an eye for a good color scheme.

You're almost there, keep it up!
