Brief from client
simple looking looking that has similar image like high end brands ; marc jacobs, vera wang, tom ford.
I used w and m in the same font. Using w upside down for m.
It's very clean using no colors ( only black-white)
That mainly comes from the super boring font you picked.
If you want to have a very simple font based logo, the best choice is to create your own font. And it's a lot of work. Or you can spend time looking for the right one among the thousands of professional but sometimes expensive fonts that exist out there. But don't use the ones you got for free with your computer or those free typefaces from the web.
As it is, there is absolutely nothing worth remembering about this. No personality, if you prefer. And using the W upside down for the M is just a trick that brings nothing to the mix.
Compared to Marc Jacobs, Tom Ford and all these big names, it looks really cheap, unfortunately.
Though it may sound harsh, I have to completely agree with Shawali and 2423.
I can see your intention however, usually the big brands names are simple and easy to understand, but I think you are slightly missing an important factor, that brand names must also be memorable. What's the company about? What is their focus? What do they want to represent themselves as? Who are their competitors? Why should I trust this brand over the competitors? Is their logo more effective than this one? (So far the answer is yes btw)
All of these things should be taken into account as you revise or create a logo. So just keep that in mind.
Right now I know nothing about the company, and I'm kind of indifferent in learning what they're about, I could care less who they are right now and obviously that's not a good thing, what can you do to change that? :D
I'm afraid I have to hop on board with what everyone else is saying, this is super boring. It's just a word in all caps.... Stay with the simple and clean feel for sure, but you gotta add something somehow to make it more than just letters.
i agree with the fact that the above users agree with each other and that consistency emerges from the fact that the actual logo lack in many aspects ( very well shown in the top comment of shawali).

Globally, this logo is bland and plain.

Agree that this wordmark isn't very exciting.
