Bright yellow and white on a bright blue background. My eyes hurt.

If you want to come up with a spec logo, it's my opinion that it's better to have an idea of the type of business/services it could be applied to.

Right now, it's way too random and meaningless.

Also remember that a good logo starts on paper. Your mind is freer with a pen than with a mouse in your hand.
