I see three names but only two colors? I do love the stroke though of the red part, but I'm a sucker for thick stroked logos so I may not give you the best advice there lol.
The bottom piece can be cut along the midsection, creating three pieces and making more sense. Being that we're dealing with 3 companies. You can also make it look like they're semi-connecting like detached puzzle pieces - of course with the thought of sticking with the shapes you have.
You can also make them different in form. Signworks - I think of a writing tool. Tintworks - I think of paint. Wrapworks - I think of wrapping paper. Somehow the combination of the three in a simple way would be kinda cool to see, since they all are so vastly different in appearance. The font by the way has to go. It can be a thick san-serif but not a stylized one like you have here. :P
This is a tough task, but as G mentioned, why only two colors. Also, if three companies why an "S" as the symbol when the others begin with different letters? They all have "works" in common, can you play up on that?
