Brief from client 

Self design, not expert.

B2B business will focus on corporate and higher education markets.
Tried to appeal to AV technology industry professionals. The symbol is two L's but also represents layered buttons or GUI's, and is also a Pause / Play button.

I'd say that the symbol is way too small and becomes almost invisible at a small size. Same thing with the subtext: just look at the thumbnail version. It's not legible.

I'm not a fan of the brand name. It's just too plain and has nothing really unique. If you want to address higher education markets, you need something that looks the part.
