The logo looks great but I'm not a fan of the color combo, specifically the uber-cyan and the green. The navy is fine.

So much potential with this type of client, but the end result fails to deliver. It's too simplistic and that green is really bugging me.

Be mindful of your kerning. Also, I might try to keep a consistent typeface, one with a bold & light weight instead of using more than one typeface. There's something about the main type "Compass Counseling" that is throwing me off, maybe just me...
