Less is more! Too much colors, letters and shades. Keep it simple and try too visualize the connection.

as arthurmani said previous version is better. That's ok too but you have too much elements and colors, plus it has nothing to do with hr. If your client it's ok with this , than it's his call. i gave you some thumbs down but because you did much better before and know you can do, this is a step down.

The idea of connecting and people(HR) makes sense, the font I guess is Din and is real good.
The gradients and shades make it too complicated
The circles with different colors and size are okay but make the logo look kiddish. Try to make them more abstract! Good luck!

I think you got the idea right of the hr as i mentioned before, that looks simple and looks nice, keep it like that, the added logo is ok, but get the drop shadow at the bottom off, is not necessary, keep the logo 2 colors at the most and simple, the logo is not a bad idea, but talk to the client to see what he is looking for, communication is a must. I like this new version but simply it

Ok, I like the symbol somehow, but it does not fit the HR in any instance... maybe keep it for something else one day.
