It could just be me, but I see a Lego brick rather than construction materials. What were you modeling this after?
it didn't look like one to me either but ive researched it and it is :O

your text isn't centered with the brick
the line spacing is off (text too close to the brick)
In addition to viewing the text is not centered, the symbol seems too big.
Meh, just a plain brick on top of a name a good logo does not make. Way too simplistic and boring.
I see a dresser without handles, I see a domino bone... I don't see a brick, sorry.
