The font is real mess. On top of the kerning being all over the place, the last o is totally out of proportions vis à vis the other character. Same with the C.

That symbol isn't really working as it mimics the o really badly. Again, it's all about proportions. It should be as wide as the original o. But given that the font is pretty bad in and out of itself, it won't easy to fix that.

What I would do is to just find a better made professional looking font. Check out sites like www.losttype.com or www.fontsquirrel.com

You need to remove the that on the right. It serves no real purpose, it's redundant with the dot for the i, albeit slightly different which is visually irritating.

The website address shouldn't be part of the logo, especially if it's that small.
