that´s what i can think of this image without a brief ... I really cannot tell if you are doing it well.

This doesn't convey the brand name well, and therefore is incredibly limited in use. The company could use it within their own facilities with Version 1 serving as the logo in the main signage and utilizing this logo for small additional signage in parking lots, on small directory signs, etc. But outside of the facilities, in print or otherwise, this would not be very useful without including the full company name in text elsewhere on the media in question.
