Is the Logo already recognizable to the public?

In the name your words are far too tightly kerned. Let them have some breathing room. When you shrink it down to small scale they will start squishing together and won't be distinguishable.
The symbol doesn't seem like much thought went into it. It's just a block with a letter tilted in it. While it's good that it is simple and easily recognizable at a glance, it doesn't stay in your viewers memory very well the first few times they are exposed to it because it is not very unique. It seems pretty generic at the moment. Try sketching out some ideas of symbols that you haven't seen before or are more unique.
