Reminds me of the comedy central logo to much plus its kinda bland and the bold type is over kill for me

I see what you are going for- copyright symbol for IP attorneys. I get it, but it's not working here unfortunately.

None of the text treatments are working.

Tag is too small and kerning is poor throughout.

I think this could work provided you change the graphic mark - replace that inner 'c' with a full round type 'c' or use a negative space c in a full black circle.
Also, your tagline is not aligned properly, fix it.
